John Marr began his professional DJ’ing career playing out a special mashup set for a popular club night in Scotland’s capital. Soon after word quickly spread about John’s multi-genre sets which within two years saw him gain four residencies and various support sets for the likes of Dave Pearce and Bimbo Jones. With views for his tracks on youtube surpassing one million, John has established a global fan base taking his mashups to nightclubs and radio stations all over the world.

This huge online success has provoked interest from SONY BMG and his tracks have been supported by Paul Oakenfold, DJ Dan and Donald Glaude to name a few.

Not liking to be labelled, his mashups cover all styles with his live sets blending underground club anthems with the more recognisable vocals, samples and hooks helping to bring the extreme to the mainstream.
